Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Yanxun Art. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order, you agree to the terms below.
All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered for any reason, including change of mind, colour preference, or sizing (if applicable). Due to the small-batch, handmade, and/or personalized nature of keychains, stickers, and pins, returns cannot be accepted.
Shipping Damages & Lost Packages
The store is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All orders are shipped with care, but once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If an order arrives damaged, please contact the local shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Proof of purchase and any necessary documentation can be provided to support the claim.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive the package is the customer’s responsibility. If the tracking number shows delivery confirmation but the package is missing, please check with neighbours and the local post office first. No responsibility is accepted for packages once the carrier marks them as “delivered,” even if they are lost or stolen afterward.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check this information before completing your purchase.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please get in touch immediately.
- If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, the address can be corrected.
- If the order has already been shipped, the original package cannot be redirected. However, to make it right, a one-time replacement order will be offered with free shipping and a 25% discount.
To qualify for a replacement order:
- Please reach out within 14 days of your original purchase.
- The replacement will be for the exact same items from the original order.
- This policy applies one time per customer.
Please Note: This replacement policy is offered as a courtesy. Unfortunately, packages lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided can’t be replaced.
Errors & Exceptions
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete item due to an error on our part, please send a message within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of what you received. Steps will be taken to fix the issue, possibly by sending the missing or correct item.
